A Swiss cryptocurrency exchange ShapeShift has introduced a new tool called Skeleton. It enables owners of websites to allow instant purchase or sell of cryptocurrencies without leaving websites. The tool is an open source product, which is easy to combine with any website design.

The ShapeShift CEO Erik Voorhees said that the project has been inspired by the flexibility of the bitcoin digital currency and that its main goal is to enable users to exchange digital assets as easily as possible.

Skeleton comes as the result of the $1.6 million investments attracted by the company in September.

ShapeShift is a digital currency exchange founded in 2014, which allows customers to exchange digital currency without setting up an account or signing in.

In summer 2015 the company withdrew all its services from New York after finalization of BitLicense, calling it “a moral and ethical stand” against the new legislation. The company compensated for the losses with introduction of new coins.

This August Shapeshift introduced digital currency Ether, three weeks after the launch of the Ethereum platform for smart contracts.
