The Wall Street expert and blockchain enthusiast Tone Vays presented a paper on practical recommendations for blockchain development in Russia. Tone Vays has been working on Wall Street for almost 10 years. He started as a risk analyst at Bear Stearns and later became a VP at JP Morgan Chase in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. He is an expert in Economic Trends, Trading and Risk Analysis.

Stepan Gershuni, Product director at BitFury, made a morning presentation about the possible consensus between the public and private blockchain models, according to CoinFox reporter present at the event.

Among the speakers representing the academic community and innovative university research is Marina Guryeva, Acting Director of Innovations Office at the Higher School of Economics, Moscow, presenting an overview of current trends in the cryptoeconomy. Another event participant is Elena Sidorenko, the professor of Criminal Law at Moscow State University of International Relations.
