Forbes has published its first ranking of the richest persons in the crypto-world. The minimum amount needed to make the list of cryptocurrency's wealthiest people is set at $350 million.

The Forbes list of wealthiest persons in the crypto-world includes 19 persons. The average age of the crypto tycoons is 42 years, while the average age of the traditional Forbes 400 list is 67 years.

The leader of the ranking is Chris Larsen, co-founder of Ripple, with an estimated crypto net worth $7.5-$8 billion. The second place is occupied by Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum and Consensus, with its estimated crypto wealth at $1-$1.5 billion. Chanpeng Zhao, CEO of the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, stands at the third place with the estimated crypto net worth $1.1-$2 billion. He is followed by the famous founders of Gemini exchange Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, whose wealth is estimated at $900 million - $1.1 billion.

The list also includes Brian Armstrong, CEO of Coinbase, with estimated crypto net worth at $900 million - $1 billion, and Vitalik Buterin with up to $500 million of wealth. It is worth noting that the list does not mention Jihan Wu, co-founder of the largest ASIC producer Bitmain.
