Cashila, a services provider which calls itself “the bridge between bitcoin and euro”, has added a RECEIVE money feature which lets users get their euro payments stored in Cashila Euro Wallet and either keep them as they are, or turn them into bitcoins straight away. The Wallet provides a reversed feature as well, helping to turn bitcoin payments into euros within a few seconds.

The service does not change the payment process on the employers' side, with the same payment information (amount to send, reference number and IBAN bank account number) required to make a transaction.

For the time being 556,462.59 euro have been processed by the platform.

The creators of the service compare it to the Bitwage international payroll which turns dollar payments into bitcoins.
