Code Valley introduces world first free decentralised automated marketplace for software expertise that guarantees competitive ecosystem, property rights protection and salaries in bitcoin.

According to the company’s press release, the offered solution allows software developers to contribute their expertise to numerous software projects gaining bitcoin award for each contribution. The company suggests the following scheme: instead of receiving numerous contracts each day and executing them manually, each developer creates an automated assistant in Code Valley’s system and casts his own expertise into the assistant’s programme. The automated assistant at the same time works as a “vendor” and “intellectual property guardian”. As a “vendor” it will function in the market on behalf of the developer taking decisions whether to accept contracts and receiving bitcoins for delivered software expertise. As an “intellectual property guardian”, the automated assistant will protect its owner’s product.

Code Valley positions this project as the first automated software market where many vendors with similar expertise will inevitably compete with each other. As the marketplace will display their performance metrics, the developers will have to show quality to succeed.

Concerning the release of technology, Code Valley’s roadmap considers three stages for the release of the project (Whitney, Ford and McIlroy) and describes the definitive points that mark the transition to the next stage of implementation, however, not providing any particular time frame for the process.

For the moment, the company invites developers to join the new software market advertising currently low entry barriers and zero competition. At the same time, the developers of Code Valley warn that since the system is new and volatile, the participation may not be very profitable right now but will bring rewards in the long-term. In the end (the McIlroy phase) the project is to achieve decentralised vendor application and fierce competition in the marketplace.

The press release indicates that Code Valley’s goal is to strengthen software community via creating the world’s first decentralised peer-to-peer software development system underpinned by bitcoin.
